Welcome—I’m glad you’re here.
I know that reaching out for support can feel like a difficult, complex process. It’s important that you feel safe and find someone with whom you can build a strong, trusting relationship.
I specialize in helping people reorient toward a values-based, meaningful, and vibrant "life worth living." I hold a Clinical Assistant Professor faculty position and am an Attending Psychologist at the Stanford University School of Medicine. I am licensed in California and New York.
Since beginning my work in the field of mental health in 2008, I’ve helped hundreds of clients break free from anxiety, depression, perfectionism, substance use/addiction, burnout, mood disorders, struggles with assertiveness/boundaries, work dissatisfaction, and many other ineffective behaviors to help them focus on what truly matters: growth, wellness, joy, connection, and meaning.
I empower my clients to not only define an authentic life but also take meaningful concrete steps toward realizing it. I utilize evidence-based interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), addiction-focused psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-focused interventions, self-compassion, and mindfulness-based therapies to help my clients achieve lasting change. Together, we build clear, vitalizing steps toward fulfillment.
I actively work to integrate anti-racism, gender- and sexuality-affirming practices, and a culturally conscious lens into my clinical care. You are welcome here.
